This is a synchronized, five-hour, heads-down build session across 24 AI Tinkerers cities worldwide.
No prizes.
No judges.

The goal is simple: ship something real.
Set up OpenClaw.
Deploy your infra.
Build or debug a plugin.
Unblock something that’s been sitting on your backlog.
This is not a traditional hackathon. It’s an Unhackathon — focused time to build alongside other serious OpenClaw tinkerers.
