“Claude Code for Patent Prosecution,” features an agent designed to support and automate the prosecution of patents at the European Patent Office (EPO). The demo showcases the end-to-end pipeline: from a highly reliable, exact ingestion of dense technical PDF documents, through an AI review process constrained by strict EPO guidelines, all the way to generating native .docx files with “track changes” enabled for attorney review.
